The Master Plan is the City’s detailed guiding document for shaping development that creates a more vibrant downtown, expands housing options, supports local businesses, modernizes infrastructure, and improves access to the waterfront.
KEY GOALS INCLUDE:
Create a healthy, economically sustainable, and vibrant downtown
Expand housing opportunities across income levels and stages of life
Improve infrastructure that supports existing and future infill downtown
Create inviting spaces that connect the city more naturally to the waterfront
